“I wish to take this moment once again to share the appreciation from both myself, as Project Manager, and the NuStar Energy Central East for your contributions to our El Dorado Potwin Expansion project. It was through the combined dedicated and professional efforts of all individuals that made this project the success that it has been. It was truly a team effort from those within the NuStar organization as well as those contract and support individuals that have accomplished this project in the manner it was completed.

The overall project consisted of the construction of approximately 12.5 miles of new 10-inch diameter pipeline between El Dorado and Potwin, Kansas; the construction of new pipeline pump station facilities with VFD at our El Dorado, Ks pump station. We completed the project within the $16.1 million budget, and with no lost time injuries. It was a pleasure to work with each of you and we look forward to working on future projects with you in the future.”
