As a compliment to the other C-Tech companies, C-Tech Transportation Services, LLC (CTTS) provides bonded transportation brokerage services for your freight hauling needs. CTTS specializes in hot-shot and expedited delivery services throughout the continental U.S. We can accommodate oversized and super loads and are insured for up to $1,000,000 in cargo. For your convenience and tracking needs we offer 24 hour dispatch and all trucks are fitted with GPS tracking capabilities.
Through its sister company, Blackburn Construction, Inc., CTTS has available the following fleet of hauling equipment: tractor trucks with trailers (flat and step-deck); flatbed gooseneck trailers (20’, 26’, and 40’), and 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and 2 ton trucks.
BC Properties, LLC is a property holding and management company for the C-Tech group of companies. BC Properties manages and maintains over 25 residential and commercial rental properties in the El Dorado, Kansas area.
All field construction equipment and tools owned by the C-Tech companies are managed and maintained by Sixth Street Equipment, Inc. Three full time mechanics are on staff to ensure all equipment, field trucks, and tools are maintained and operating in safe proper working condition.
El Dorado Workforce, inc. (EWI) supplies the El Dorado area with temporary workforce solutions. From manufacturing to clerical services, EWI can provide your company with qualified personnel to meet your temporary staffing needs. Several of our temporary placement have gone on to full-time hire status with our customers.

The overall project consisted of the construction of approximately 12.5 miles of new 10-inch diameter pipeline between El Dorado and Potwin, Kansas; the construction of new pipeline pump station facilities with VFD at our El Dorado, Ks pump station. We completed the project within the $16.1 million budget, and with no lost time injuries.
